Prior to joining Fullscale Autovaluers, John held senior executive roles at Regent Automobile Valuers and Assessors, where he successfully managed large-scale valuation operations and led initiatives to modernize workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve client engagement. He also served as Deputy Logistics Officer at SHOFCO Ltd, gaining valuable experience in operational coordination and supply chain management. His career has consistently demonstrated an ability to transform operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable results. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology (Automotive) from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, along with professional certifications in automotive valuation, risk assessment, and operations management. Shadrack M. Nyasing'a

Shadrack Mosebi plays a key role in executive leadership. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and effectively. He coordinates operational activities across the organization, managing resources, processes, and staff to maintain smooth business workflows. By monitoring performance metrics and implementing operational strategies, Shadrack ensures that the company meets its objectives and delivers quality service to clients. Throughout his career, Wyclife has built and mentored high-performing valuation teams, introduced standardized methodologies to improve accuracy and consistency, and spearheaded initiatives to digitize and modernize vehicle assessment processes, enhancing both efficiency and client satisfaction. Wyclife holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology (Automotive) from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton. Committed to continuous professional growth, he regularly updates his knowledge to remain current with evolving market trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes within the valuation and insurance industries. His expertise ensures that Fullscale Autovaluers consistently delivers reliable, high-quality assessments aligned with industry standards. Prior to joining Fullscale Autovaluers, Wyclife held senior valuation positions at Leo Autovaluers, where he oversaw large-scale vehicle assessment operations and led projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency. His professional experience also spans fleet management and automotive consulting, giving him a broad perspective on the sector and enabling him to provide strategic insights into complex valuation challenges.
